I built my new set of Atomlab Pimp forks up the other day. 100% 6061T-6 machined lowers. Just over a half pound lighter than the G.I. forks I was running previously. Straight Pimpin!

The pimps don't come in white for some reason, but when you are the one building them....Hehe, you get a set of white pimps! Smile

You see the little silver piece on the inside there? That's the spacer without the brake mount. It comes off, and one with a brake mount can be installed. So you have no worries about front brakes.

One question Rattbones: Why inverted? It seems for street this is pretty retarded. Misplaced grinds will scrape the lowers and affect bushing wear...especially Al 6061.

They are geared at dirt jumpers. I just ride street. Not everyone who rides street does grinds. I'm the only rider I've see that does on MTB. I know people do, but it's a rare thing. Also, there is a chromoly version of the lowers. The G.I.'s. I've done rails and smith grinds on them with no problems. It does nothing to the bushings or springs. And either way, they are just lighter and have way less maintenance than typical suspension forks.

Most dirt/street riders will just take their forks apart and drop them to 60mm.
These come stock at 60mm. Win win on both ends!
