Even without commas, your grammar is awful. It should read something like: "Some people are sponsored, while others are just unable to spell." Actually you probably should have just left out the "some are sponsored" part and stuck with the "others cannot spell" part, because it's not like being able to spell and being sponsored have anything to do with each other.
