yeah he's fine... so I've learnt the to always wear a helmet wherever I ride...you should have seen him..that was a huge crash

i hit my head too once..split the skin open.. but apperantly not hard enough... still am not wearing my helmet all the time.. esp when doing trials.. :shame on me:
