Why is the sky so grainy?

I guess the sky just doesn't like me taking photos of it, na I don't actually know, it's weird. I think it was just when I changed it to black & white the top was darker and it went funny?

All good. What camera are you using and what effects are you doing in Paint.Net?

I use a kodak z650 and all I do is blur them a little and use some portait effect.
