Hows the Ti plate? I hear its a lot lighter than the older steel ones but just as strong, wouldnt dare go for carbon.

Thnx for the concern fellas, this was 2years ago, i was in a cast for 15months and i think to this day its still weak, but ive only just started on the weights again.. so hopefully it'll be all good! And yes fox13, my watch is what kept it together in the shape of a arm lol without that it would of just buckled and flopped about. For those that havent broke something yet, not to worry it just feels like a huge boot in the balls and doesnt stop aching! I hadnt realised id broken it untill id got up, and went to grab me bike. TIP: Ask for the gas, its WIKKID (so those few unfortunate peoples)!!!!!!

Mate, I wrecked my ankle big style like this (did it august 08, I'm still on crutches) Its true what he says about the breaking. Lying down i could see the sole of my foot pointing back, but on the outside. and the gas is EPIC. I was on it for about 3 hours before the coast guard heli finally found us to winch me out the quarry and take me to the hospital! (which turns out to be an epic song btw guys, check it out!)
