wow, thats a little bit hard to explain but I could try it. I have used the topaz labs with one filter with custom settings, than I converted it to grayscale,blured the background without the rider,then I used the normal brush for the orange brush at the top, then bluelight for sky and finally I have played with the brushes in overlay mod with some colors like black and orange. I have a tablet so I am able to make better looking draws then with just mouse.
