it's an 09 regular size, which is the smaller of the two and it feels great

what would you recommend, long or regular, because im 6`2 180 lbs. but im riding a size small right now lol

i don't know man, i picked the regular because the top tube length was similar to my previous frame, i'd recommend you ride both!
