I'll probably get into bother for posting these, but I just had to show off my handy work! Obviously it's still work in progress but it's shaping up quite nicely..

Thanks! And yeah I see your point but DeeMax would look great on there but would also be a bit heavier and less practical. Those Syncros rims are featherweight!

Nice, bet he's dying to ride it! just curious as to why the rear mech cable is so long? is it gonna hold a flag or is it just to get super smooth gear shifting?!!!! oh I no.. its for when he goes fishing isnt it!!!

Dude, I've never rode anything that steers so well. Stunning.. Anyway, I cut the cable outer at work (while the bike was at home) so it was generous guess work + 6inches! It's all trimmed nice and tidy now. They're the first wheels I've ever built too! I'm dead proud of myself! Ha!

Ha! 1st time wheels eh... oh dear, spose you gotta start somewhere!! I can remember building wheels for you back in the day, sunn double wides, 36h 4x with 16mm nipples n plain gauge spokes I think?! bullit proof but fookin heavy!!

Hell yeah! I remember those, white rims, red Hope Big'uns. Had them on my Plummet and my Turner. They'd snap rocks in half!
