Not a POD to me, that left arm is completely blown out and pretty much all of the right half is some darkish crap that doesnt contribute to the image. Tighten the whole thing up, make it 1x1 and you´ve got yourself a winner (although that arm would still be blown to mars).

Why shouldn't it be POD? It's a great shot. However, the arm is a bit edited! Seriously look at the link above of the blown up photo. It was probably for laughs. But it definitely is not really his arm.
