No he hasnt, if you look at the trees you can see that the picture has been rotated to make it look better. (f you think about it, there's no reason to go past 90 unless the berm is past vert, which it isnt)

I would guess that it's been rotated by about 15

Pine trees usually do, and what are the chances that a whole row of trees would be leaning by the exact same amount? It's been rotated.
