 The hubs and spokes are CNC'd aluminum, and are made about an hour from my house at Industry Nine. They have a nice assortment of colors they can anodize in-house. They can also do custom colors.

 Yes, although they don't sell directly, only through a dealer. I9 doesn't (or didn't at the time) have their own 29er rim. Their preference is the Stan's rims, and the Flow is the standard rim for the enduro wheels.
