 I used a string and a pencil to mark the curve and then cut it with a jigsaw.

 how much you think the hole take off weighs?

 probably like 70-100 lbs. I can move it by myself easily.

 and if you used ply wood did you use 3/4 inch and how long is the take off

 this jump has 3/8" ply wood (top and sides) but I would recommend 1/2" it makes the jump a lot stronger. I don't know how long it is. The length isn't really important anyway it's usually best to choose your radius and lip angle first and then calculate the length and height based on that.
