The difference is just the parts on the bike, from what I know. As a bike straight out of the box the FR 10 would have the better ride hands-down, solely that the forks and shock are one of the best on the market.
Any other questions?

Yes but the frames are very expensive, this is what Scott have done. The FR 10 frame is around the same price as the FR 20 complete.
