wrap it up take it into the post office and sday i would like to deliever this to .... then they will weigh the item e.g your wheel the they will ask you if it is dear then if you say yes then they will say if the item is damaged in the post you are covered which means they will pay you the price of the item what it is new and the person who is meant to be recieving the wheel then you pay the postage fee and bobs your uncle.
Its the post office mate, You reseive a "mail order" witch is a peice of paper that the post office give you money for. The person buying will NOT get the wheel untill you have the money... ask an elder in the house, i.e mum, dad or your uncle or who ever.
