To all you people that are banging on about the pic not being upto pod standards get a friggin grip!! Pod's is not all about guys riding halfpipes and doing tricks and trying to look good for the cameras! Yes they are talented and yes they do look good but once you've seen one guy ride a ramp you've seen them all! The whole idea of pb's pic is that it captures the spirit of mtb which is the whole point isn't it???

Awesome, my local trail. The Roller Coaster st Gisburn Forest. This really is a great flowing trail. I agree the pic is'nt the best in the world but maybe that has set a benchmark for people to take some better pics there. I certanly will.

Lets be serious here. Even if you know the photog or are just trying to be nice or whatever. If there's anyone here who truly thinks this picture is worthy of pod, think again, I'm sorry, I sound like a douche, I know. But honestly, there is literally nothing cool or interesting about this picture, sure its a fun looking trail, so getting a good picture there shouldn't be hard, unfortunately this definitely isn't the "good shot" i'm talking about.

the wheels for starters cost more and are stronger the forks are better and the frame looks way nicer than the yeti it also runs better brakes and cranks, need i say more Rolleyes

And considering I built that bike in 08 it still get people like you looking at the pic and slagging the bike off simply because you can't afford to build a bike like the yeti! It's a real shame really! You'll after take on an extra paper round and get saving! When you do build a better bike then you can get back to me if you like and start slagging of my bikes.! See ya x

why would i want a yeti they are ugly compared to a pinscher, they dont slope as much and are chunky imo. Also tbh i have proven you wrong i found a nicer dmr than any of your bikes after saying they were crap its also been faved more so i must be right, this started over you calling my mate a tit and yet your 33 and were arguing with him so as i said grow up. i bet the guys who ride dmrs can do a hell of alot more than you ever will be able to do sam reynolds, ray samson, rattbones etc bet you never won 5k riding your bikes Rolleyes

right now your calling my frame crap which shows you how little knowledge of the dj/ street market you: have go into a dj forum about which frame is best for street and dirt and your find pinscher will come up continualy, matt macduff, doberdude and recklessness etc ride a dobermann and theirs are lush and tbh the pinscher is nicer than the yeti thats my opinion and you are entitled to yours thats the way the world works. im obviously not a vagetable or i wouldnt be typing this would i ? The frame looks the same but the spec is completly different! Think that what my mate was pointing out is that you was comparing the dmr spec to my yeti! But my components are 4x spec'd not for dj's hence all the parts being light but strong. That yeti cost me 3200 to build to that spec. You can build a top dj bike for 1500-1700.

That's not the point of a pod is it! The whole point of a pod is to show somebody enjoying themselves doing what they love which in this case is riding is bike! and what's good about this shot is that it has feeling. You know that the lad in the helmet as got a big grin on his face has he's riding the berms! And it's not just some cased photo of some guy doing a 20ft jump which we see every day! This guy probably didn't even know is picture had been taken! It's just somebody enjoying himself which is always pod worthy isn't it surely?
