 the lower part can't twist unless the axel gets loose and slides out of one side(causing the rider to fall). then the only thing stopping the thing from twisting around is the bridge over the wheel which isn't made for all of that weight. (snap)

 but it was very tighten, it wasnt like this after it broke, I moved the legs, the axel was twisted and booted off
