@bbakus, two external flashes were used, but perfectley hidden and regulated in that way that it all still looks natural!

The foliage in foreground is a little bit distracting due to the shallow DoF, but otherwise a great shot! Looks like such an amazing place to ride.

Did you use a flash for this, as if so you've done a great job of making it look natural!

We need EXIF display on PB photos so fellow photographers can geek out on the setting used Wink

Like explained before, 2 flashes were used, hidden and regulated in that way that it still looks natural.
Yeah, I don´t know exactly what is going on with the EXIF Datas here on PB, sometimes they are displayed, sometimes not...

I think when you shoot RAW & process it looses the exif & if you shoot jpg it keeps it, that's why most of the better pics don't have it

Must be a PB thing as you can still keep EXIF data for jpegs (I do for all my Flickr photos). Maybe "Save for Web" was used as I think that strips out EXIF data from jpegs.

I think you misunderstood me.
Shoot in jpg & post jpg = EXIF
Shoot in RAW & post jpg = No EXIF (& I don't "save for web")
Most pros shoot in RAW, so most of the better pics wont have the EXIF.
That's how it's worked for me here so far at least.

I shoot all my photos in RAW, then process as Jpeg using Adobe Camera RAW before finishing off in PS CS5.

EXIF data is still retained for ALL my photos.

As I said, must be a PB thing.

weird issue, but concerning erics theory that ShootRAW=postJPG=NoEXIF I have to say its wrong aswell, this one is a RAWshot and a jpg post but the Exifs are displayed http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/4646821/

I think PB just puts it up if the image has it. The way I process my RAW shots it looses it, but prob with a different version of photoshop & some other RAW processors might keep it. Will have to play around a bit & see if I can find a way to keep my EXIF

superdj, if you think this is boring, you dont know what a good photo is my friend. Judjing by your name, downhilling is not your sport, but when there are dirtjump POd's, i dont be negative just because theyre riding dj bikes on dirtjumps, so just be a liitle more appretiative, and take some good dj pics yourself and then you might get a dj pod, otherwise let good photographers strive, like Konagoern
