That is amazing, and despite what other people say, this is an orange that i like. The spec is godly and it must ride like a dream. Nice one mate Smile

nice, good old hopes again i see. What did you think of the avids on the IH?

flag billcolwill (Aug 11, 2010 at 12:55)
juicy 7s didnt have the power and felt quick weak. The elixirs were quite powerful but the adjustment was shit (although it was the base model) and a poor factory bleed.

but the hope tech are just a little sharper than the avid and have good adjustment and feel so solid.

Sick. Don't think I'd have XTR's from what I've heard about strength and durability issues, but it looks rad!

flag edd-stevens (Aug 11, 2010 at 23:47)
Yeah might not be a good idea for Bills knarly hucks! Especially as saints or atlas's arnt a lot heavier. The XTR's do look better though.

the 224 EVO rides better to the old 224. ok its look new thats all
  • + 1
flag billcolwill (Aug 14, 2010 at 2:35)
 ah right got ya.

i thought the only difference was the evo has a 135mm read end instead of a 150 like the 224.

its pretty much new, brought it from a guy who had done his back and only ridden it about 5 times before.

It has also got a shorter rear swing arm which makes it corner better and the ajustable head sleave. cool what are the boxxer wc like? i have just bought some

flag billcolwill (Aug 11, 2010 at 14:19)
didnt really like the first one tbh, it was old and has a rubbish shock which made the whole bike feel bike.

yea boxxers feel awesome now. hated them at first, just wasnt just to them from the firmness

flag mtbtoby1 (Aug 11, 2010 at 14:23)
Fair enough, well this one looks very nice Smile Good buy Smile and yeah i have always wanted to try the new Boxxer's to see how they differ, not as much flex in them... that right?

That entire bike looks epic but is that really the best frame you could have bought? I dislike the massive chain/seat stay.
