 One of the only ones in the UK i know of is Corby. But its pretty small.

 There used to be one at Daredevil in Wrexham...but it closed ages ago.

 also used to be on in liverpool in rampworx but it got called the rat pit because rats ruined it and it got closed.that what i got told.
