so the Aluminum ones are they weak or they pretty strong if i clip it on a rock are they gunna break because there made out of Aluminum? and whats the differnts between the Aluminum ones and the Magnesium ones?

Can't have it both ways sadly. Yes, they are grippy as hell and yes its going to hurt like hell if you get your knee.

Almost all bike pedals are aluminum. The spindle is chromoly steel.
