the park is open right now, since sunday, I don't know why in the description it says sept 25, I already rode there and everything, there were other guys there too.
yes they only let us ride pump track when we were there but another friend who went maybe 2 weeks ish ago told me they let him ride the jumps. And yes its still fenced...but fences dont tend to do too much.
