Camera settings are now in the info, two flashes, one left front and one right front, I don't remember the power settings

 Thanks Ian!

Is there a stabalizer in your lense? Or is it not necassary with shutterspeeds like that...?
Im also looking for a 70-200 lense but ive gut a cropfactor of 1.6 in my Canon 50D. Will it be enough zoom for general MTB DH photos? Thanks again! Smile

There is but I don't use it very often. Only for hand held shots below maybe 1/100th. General rule without the stabilizer is that you should be very careful hand holding if you shutter speed is less than the length of the lens. So 1/250 at 85mm is not really a problem unless you have very shaky hands. Also the flash freezes the rider so that's not an issue. With the 1.6 crop factor your 70-200 becomes essentially the same as a 100-300, which is great as a longer lens, but you'll definitely need something wider as well. Maybe a 24-70 or something like that?

I've got a 17-85 but im looking for the Canon 24-105... 24-70 is also a very nice lense!
Thanks for the tip length of lense/shutter speed!

Can I also ask you what triggers you use for wireless flashing? Pocket wizzards with TTL are very nice but a litte bit to expansive for me. Is it correct you can set the flashpower from the camera using the pocketwizzards with TTL? Also if you use 2 flashes?

I also saw Phottix Atlas. A wireless (flas) trigger (without TTL)... A lot cheaper but good reviews! A pocket wizzard Plus killer...!?

Keep posting pictures! Smile

If you are just starting to use flashes off camera and want some cheap triggers look up the Yongnuo RF602, they are cheap ebay triggers, but dont let the price fool you, they are great and i havet had a time where it hasn't fired.

You may want to wait if you are getting them as i hear there are RF603's coming out with some more features so if you want a another receiver in the future it will be hard to get hold of as the 603's cant be used with the 2's.
