erm i dont think you can prevent it mate. they are known for cracking there i think but once you get them re-welded they are fine.

not entirely sure mate but i think it was just a stress crack. also mate i have been told they are prown to crack there.

no offence but no one will buy for that price with a cracked frame maybe 350 but not 850
