This is a perfect Rampage rig,and it's by far the best Scratch i've ever laid eyes on.Perfectly specced,i always thought the 88 looked a bit too much for Semenuk to "really" shine on,although he won.Don't get me wrong Semenuk could handle most any rigs, the 88 just looked a bit bigger than what Brandon is used to,so this Scratch is a happy medium. So just imagine the type of sh*t he'll be able to pull on this,it'll probably be 10lbs lighter that his 88 too. Absolutley mint rig in every way.Nice post Brule m8. Gary.
No motster,i'm pretty sure it's not stock, out of all the Scratches in Treks range, none of them come with Boxxers.Though i do know that the Scratch 8 coil has a Fox Van RC (freeride tuned) rear shock, and a Fox 36 Van R 180 front fork. And the Scratch Air 8 comes with a Fox Float RP-2,(all mountain tuned) rear shock, and a Fox 36 Float R 160 fork. They are what's listed among the specs of the coil and the air versions of the Trek Scratch in the 2011 Decline buyers guide. So i think it's safe to assume that anything between 150 and 200 ml travel could be used on the Scratch, after all it is an hardcore frame.Hope this helps m8. Gringo.
Also the frame is custom painted to Brandons colors he wanted. He had the same colors on his hardtail, and not sure about his slopestyle. Its custom to his specs I'm pretty sure
Yeh its boxxers im planning on putting on it, phoned the gyus at trek, aparantly it voids the warranty, of which i think il need. Looks like im getting a DH bike agaiN!
Anyone able to clear up which boxxer that is(race team WC?) and how exactly he went about lowering it? Thinking of doing the exact thing to my Wildcard.
