Thanks- you can choose to adjust between 120mm and 150mm which is handy, never had to lessen the travel on mine yet though. As for the sizing, I reckon you could probably get away with the Large sizes, they tend to be quite big for the sizing. I'm 5'8 and the small suits me fine, they recommend Large for 6'1 and over! Keep an eye out on ebay, seen a few frames in the last few months go for around £90 upwards.
