 mine brake inte shortcage in the sprokes side, i send it to weld it lasted 1 month and braked again in the same place, now i boght a new one and i hope it dosent hapenns again

 There is a little Philips head screw on the side of the cage, take that out. Undo the 5mm bolt so the cage comes off. Re-locate the spring in the holes, do the 5mm bolt back up. Twist the cage all the way round to tension the spring, (now the tough bit) then put the Philips screw back in to stop the cage spinning back round. Job done. Whilst you have the spring out its worth trying to bend the ends a little so the grip in the holes a bit better.
