My wrists are absolutely trashed, and you're supposed to have your wrist in line with your arm for good "on bike posture" It works for me.

They're pretty sick, great on dirt and pavement. If I was riding 100% dirt, I'd stick with Small Blocks, but they wear pretty quick on pavement.
