Well, it's a kangaroo, "Roo" for short. The photograph is obviously from Australia. Over there Roos (especially young ones) get hit pretty often by cars ...or should I say 'Get raped by Big A** pick up trucks' (FTW).
You got ned propped because it's pretty silly not to know the cause of such mutilation. Sorry bro.
