Open up the air side and remove the internals and there should be a rod with two springs in move the springs up the rod once removing the pressure pin and they sould be in the middle hole to make them lower move them to the lower hole if you want ill put pic up of how to do it. Also there is a video with other forks which change the saame way but are not them.

Ok cool. Their load of crap anyway broken twice within. A month Of use. Guessing greyville can't fix them properly. They also said 180 was the most. But sod 200 on a single especially them that are prone to breaking

www.srsuntour-cycling.com/index.php?screen=tv.home&postingID=108 then go to the Convert travel of Axon & Epicon vid and that has the same internel change to the durolux and the 180mm ones are on the middle hight and there are 20mm changes between each so put it in the top and you have 200mm travel but can change it down to 160mm by putting it down 20mm the the lower hole

Yeah pretty Good. They do make marzocchi Forks
  • 1 0
yer ive been hearing that about it but ove never really seen them on a bike and they do look pretty good, i just didnt know wether they would be strong enough for freeride and compare to some domains i have

they make marzocchi dj forks, load of shite.
  • 1 0
Think you find they make all marzochhi Forks
  • 1 0
actually, ill think you find they dont, the company who owns suntour (Tenneco Inc.) own marzocchi, but its pointless trying to talk about it tbh, we'll get no where.

Funny that consideredering I spoke to the greyville Rep that distribute suntour and I also spoke to some from Windwave both saying all marzocchi forks are Mabel by sr. I was even told it again when I went to the cycle show
  • 1 0
like i said, the company who owns suntour own marzocchi, and like i said again, no point in arguing, we'll get nowhere
  • 1 0
 That's nice

you can change the rca ones travel internally really easy and make them 160mm travel 180mm and also raise them to 200mm without buying any new parts for them
  • 1 0
thats right, and im sure 180mm is the max Smile
  • 1 0
Hmmmm.... i am sure with my old 55r's the internals where all made by suntour funny enough with there stickers on saying SR suntour not Marzocchi
  • 1 0
 You what?
  • 1 0
200mm single crowns? 200mm SUNTOUR single crowns? Sounds like a deathwish to me...
  • 1 0
Yeah somehow but I'm sure 180 the max. They are shit
  • 1 0
take them apart and have a look if you dont believe me. if you want ill link you to a video of how to change the travel of Suntour forks with the style internels which are on these follow that there should be three holes the 160mm/180mm and 200mm and one above that :/ but yes you could run them at 200mm if you wished to and know about bikes i how to do things machanical or you could make them smaller travel by drilling the tube used ffor the travel adjust so you can move the travel to there
