sorry, it just looks way different in that area from the other derelicts for sale, since there looks like there is no paint there, maybe some more photos would help

looks welded where the seat tube meets the bottom bracket

um you were already saying that when you messaged me and NO ITS NOT for the second time. its a heavy weld from the factory plus there's another hole for where the chain guides bolt goes i. its just the design
