is the big black decal on the seat tube removable or is it under the lacquer coat ?
are there different decals to put on the head tube or is this blue logo coated ?
would you make some detailed pictures of the new and improved axle system ?

 the black logos are under the clear-coat, but the blue head-tube badge was my own application onto the frame, the headtube comes completely clean. This year's bikes don't come with any sticker kits.

About the axles, what specifically do you want pics of?

 This looks awesome so far. Transition made a really good choice offering the frame in raw.

 yeah, i agree. I'm gonna go with a black component set with blue and gold accent parts. Should look pretty damn sick all finished.

 its made by a company called Traitor (co-founded by one of the guys from Transition). It's their diamond stitch road seat, and its super low profile as well.
