 Generally if your right foot forward you table pushing your right hand to your left armpit, same with 3's - you spin anti clockwise. Opposite would be doing either of these left foot forward and visa versa.

 I'll throw a spanner in the works and say that I ride left foot forward, yet table pushing right hand to left armpit... And If I could, i'd naturally 3 anticlockwise... So I ride opposite?

 Its not normal as such, its how it would make sense to do it. So your feet are best placed for those tricks. I table opposite for example, just seems to make more sense in my head in the air
