Selected by Ian Hylands - There is a lot that could be improved with this photo, and I'll probably get some grief for picking it. But I like it. It reminds me of face shots on my skis or snowboard, and these guys shot it at -10 C, which is pretty hardcore...
u're lucky in ur Europe, in Moscow i can't ride a bike for a job, cause no bike roads,no bike parking, no culture.... I wish to live somewhere in Europe just to be what i want.
why the neg props? I just asked if it was a kona.. usually pods have these extravagent bikes, I was just commenting on how its an average bike in an awesome shot..
Ian this is so POD worthy it's different and ppl will always give you grief cause those ppl aren't grateful you guys do this for us. Every morning I wake up and check pinkbike before my emails and what not. You guys do a great job at it thanks and good selection for the POD keep em coming.
-10 is not cold!! Try living in northern Canada where it's -10 in the spring! I lived in Fort St John, BC for a while and the average temperature was -40, plus windchill, all winter long!! Sick shot, makes me want to go for a winter rip!
What's with everyones fixation on the reflectors??..i really don't understand. I do understand how amazing of a picture this is though! How did you get that effect of someone (maybe a Sasquatch? ) throwing a giant snowball at him?
ok who thought it would be funny to throw snow at the poor biker while he was shooting???? who thought it would turn out to be top 3 POD for the month??? lol great shoot
No, it's my photo and it comes from Poland, which is not a part of England as far as I know. Maybe The Brits had simillar photo or something but I didn't notice it
