Yeah if you look at the second to last frame you can see his bars bent backwards. Right after that his chest hit the stem and gave him a pretty nasty bruise...

Since there are 1000s of photo views per second across the whole library, we store all incoming views, and once every 20 minutes all are tallied and written. This is a way to scale the load on a database. So all views are accurate after 20 minutes.
