 it's not so much a flip as a switch. the two top ones where the shock connects to the seat stays. left goes where right should be and vice versa. they're actually switched in this picture, it's easy to tell. in stock position the shock bolt can be seen on drive side, but not when swapped.

apparently it pedals about the same but starts ramping up in the travel about an inch before stock.
