will the ceramic jockey fit any sram x9?

They will fit the shimano and Sram X7 and X9, XO can use only 1pc

Only for Sram one pulley will be perfect replacement. For the other pulley you need to let me know you will use it for Sram and i will include a bushing to use on Sram.
