in your description you say he is probably "homeless" so theres no way he can pay for new parts and you probably dont have any insurence on your bike so it isnt covered. If they catch the guy chances are they will give him a fine and probably put him into a holding cell for a bit, and with his failure to pay the said amount he will be taken to court then will be given "x" amount of jail time which leads to parole, etc. Also the government wont cover any of the costs because it was your fault for not locking your bike up. And if this guy who stole your bike and they find him you get your bike back and you decide to press chargers it wont really work because like i said it was your fault for not locking it up but he had the greater fault of stealing it, so you wont get that much money out of that.

you could have prevented your bike getting stolen by using a lock and this wouldnt be such a loss for you either if you didnt constantly change your parts for parts that look better Razz Chances are though if you do get your bike back its gunna be so f*cked up your gunna have to drop a shit load of cash into it just to make it run again

if i were you all i would do is just change your front wheel and your bike would be perfect there no need to get rid of your frame because its better than most frames (macneil, sunday, wtp, kink, cult, etc) unless you want a trend whore brand. You could get a new fork in white or you could just get someone to paint it white then get someone to paint your frame blue then you save a shit load of money and still have good parts and you could also just paint your front rim and buy new spokes. Thats a lot of money saved right there. Thats the most logical thing to do since all your parts are in fine working condition.

"and the people who said i couldnt find it SUCK IT!!!!!"- dick move atleast you had random strangers trying to help you to find your bike.
