 Notice how everybody hates on kona for snapping, with little evidence to support the claim, and yet, the intense 951 is the ONLY bike I've personally seen two of snap in that EXACT spot...
Pinkbike kids suck...
That said, the 951 is an incredible race machine

 Yeah, but that's two that I've PERSONALLY put my hands on. My old shop sells kona, sold about a stinky a week, sometimes two. Never once had one come in with a broken frame in 3 years of being there.

The 951 is the ONLY one though, all the other frames are solid.

 the intense 951 is a race bike so its made light! and light doesn't mean strong... the kona is heawy and still brakes nothing personal anything can brake but the 951 is made for racing konas aren't...

 bawzofsteel, an them pics are all jump frames... this pic is a dh bike.. quite a big difference, an i have hardly seen any pics of snapped stabs or stinkys

 notice that there are like 10 or 20 times more stinky-stab frames than 951...and still not as much broken. and this frame is like 2 times more expensive than any kona.

they should recall this series of intense, hope they make it right. intense reputation is made of quality and this is bad for it.

 wasn't taking anyones side Infiltrator. i'm not arguing, just proving the fact that there are plenty of kona's that have snapped, including my mate who's also snapped his howler, and if you guys have been on pb long enough, youd know there are plenty of snapped stabs, i'm not gonna waste my time looking all of them up. I have to agree on this though, big dissapointment with intense on these frames. I'm surprised jamis hasn't creeped up in this convo, theyve had far too many snapped frame's this year!

 Yeah bawzofsteel m8,i agree with all ya've said about Kona's snapping for fun,and yeah maybe all the links bar one were hardtails,but if you go to PB Videos and type "the death of Kona in".A vid should come up showing you Stabs,Stinky's,Stuffs,all Kona's.
But in Kona's defence,i think you would be hard pushed to find an 09/10 Kona hardtail or full susser that has snapped,it is something that Kona have acknowledged as a problem,and they seem to have addressed it.Cos all the links that you showed were 07 or before frames i think,and if not 07,then deffo 08 or earlier.I think the snappage problem has been well and truly sorted now.But that vid i mentioned is worth a look,quite funny.But to expect this type of sh*t from Intense is totally unacceptable,as i'm sure ya'll agree m8.

 ya totally agree man, the new kona's are actually pretty sweet looking rigs for sure, i was simply proving a point to the infiltrator dude, apprently there was no evidence of snapped kona's on here, was just proving that there wasRazz plus that was kona's bad era like you mentioned, much like last year just wasn't jamis' year, every second photo in the broken bikes/parts was a jamis haha. And ya strange happenings from intense, one of the brands known for quality frames and they're snapping, bad times!

They do? I didn't know that, thought they were just scrapped or kept for home-riding. That's sick that he's got a ride one of the CRC guys used.

 the owner of CRC is one of the owners in Nuke Proof I heard so I wouldn't make any correlation between them on NP and not on Intense.
