Actually I'm just going to jump in here and say that there are 26" frames with shorter chainstays. But seriously nice colour scheme dude. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase take the rim stickers off.

Other than the Tubagra? Candida Menopause, only made for a few years in very small numbers, also had a 13.9" chainstay. It did some funky shit with the BB to get them that short. Not taking anything away from this frame, it looks awesome, just informin' the masses.
