It wouldn't be a Revelation because they only come with a tapered carbon crown/steerer. The '10 SID WC had a standard 1 1/8" steer tube, like the one in this pic.

It could be a Reba WC if he put a new Blackbox sticker on it. The crown on the Reba WC had a Motion Control sticker, not a Blackbox one like the SID WC.

They are definitely SID WC uppers. Revelations with a carbon crown/steerer only come in tapered, while this is straight 1 1/8". The lowers could be either Pike or Argyle, you can see how they have international standard disc mounts instead of post mounts like the Revelation.
