I Know couple brands that makes even smoothest suspension forks and rear shocks.
Kowa suspension, that is pure Japanese High-tech, pioneers in Kashima coating since 1999 and in many other technologies, and in the Shocks Elka, with their Stage 5 has really unmatched performance, on my opinion
