You reckon its a solid frame or does it feel sketchy ? A friend of mine had one from marino and it cracked in about 3/4 months. If I go ahead with a new build i'm in the middle of a Octane One Spark or a Marino custom so I would like to know your opinion :p

Feels fine so far I've only just gotten it though really! When did he get his marino? the whole purpose of a custom build is to get a frame to the geometry you want because there aren't any frames out there to the geo you want...

If you got a shorter tt you may as well get shorter cs at the same time. Not that these are long... Proper bargain though! Give it a good thrashing and see how it holds up

flag keith24mtb (Mar 11, 2011 at 8:05)
only slightly shorter cs! i'd get the tt like an inch.25 shorter! yeah i'll see how it goes!

Took 1 week exactly from when he posted it (Peru to England) but from when he had finished building the frame it took 3 days for him to dispatch it!

Thanks man!

I based the custom geo around my previous samoon frame but with tweaks to each angle and length it feels so much better to ride that the samoon!
