I rode that trail this weekend...It could also be called "Holy F-in Sh*t" or "you fall, you die". The whole wall going down is like exposed aggregate concrete and it continues down for another hundred yards below what the photo shows. Definitely the gnarliest trail I've ever ridden.
Just rode this line this weekend. This shot says a lot, but further down there more nail-biting. You end up on a top of a skree ridge in a controlled slide. Then it angles left and the pitch gets steeper and the controlled slide turns into, well, no longer controlled. At that point you just get as far back in the saddle as you can and try to keep it straight-you can't go offline. When it gets out of the skree, you are like- thank god that is over. More manageable steepness until you hit a sharp left and then you go off a 10-12 ft bank. If you make that, congratulations, you can go clean your underwear.
just rode it ... its still the exact same, love this run. Also you can hike up the hill above this point and theres another trail that goes down with some dug out S curves and a couple of small jumps that flow well with the ride, pretty sweet hillside
