They are Circus expert and the front hub is a cheap 20mm Formula I think.

Yes it did, no it did not and nop.
you just need to let it dry for a very long time.like 48h.

With black dye, then permanent marker. I will always ride with black jeans just to make sure, but yeah it worked.
