This is blatent photoshopping the rider in foreground is a lot brighter than the background, it cannot be a flash because the rest of the foreground is not that bright, plus you can make out where the rider was cut as the spokes were removed and the lines on the shorts are slightly spikey which they would not do in real life no matter how windy or anything. There we go rant over.

Haha I knew this picture was bring out the "photoshop know it all's"....people who actually know how to use photoshop know what filters I used to get this look..

And filters would not create imperfections around the rider, and there is not a filter on earth which creates that effect, if there is pleae prove me wrong and I will apologise but for now I am still certain that it is fake.

I think it is photoshopped, he's taken out the spokes and the lighting on the bike is too bright and shiny for the background
