Selected by Sterling Lorence - Style points for sure, nice flatty one-footer, and equal props to the photographer for gettin in close with the camera. Nice try getting the flare of the sun involved...would have been ultra sick if the the helmet blocked it a bit more, it would reduce the blown out sky. The terrain, trails and stunts in the Kamloops Bike Park are amazing.
I Love Blue Dot
And i really don't think the helmet position can get any better. It would be nearly impossible so extra props to photographer for getting it just right!
all i see is the classic/basic tabletop. most cases your foot will automatically come off the bottom pedal. i wouldn't call it an intentional one-footer.
For sure I am brother !!! Same here, those guys were my heros back then .....I still have my old minicycle/bmx action and bmx plus mags in the shop ! That is where the scars started for me !! Remember how rad they looked with the white bikes, white tuffys and white JT gear ?? Bikes rule !!
What's with all the Low-res pods? Yes, this picture is beautiful and it deserves pod. However, the resolution is much to low to enjoy it as anything other than a profile picture for facebook or something. It's too low-res to print off and too low res to use as a desktop background. If this photo was from a 5mp source (2560x1920) then it could actually be used as a background.
What tyler138 said..... Sterling doesn't make money taking photos for a living by making sure that everyone on PB can use his photos as their desktop backgrounds... ???
That makes sense, but shouldn't a link be in order then? It's pretty pointless to advertise your awesomeness if you're not going to do anything with it. (Yes, there is a facebook page as well, but if I was trying to market my work, I'd make damn sure that people would have a website or blog to go to with a link in the description.)
