It's also handy having friends with jobs that can provide for themselves so I don't have to try justify a few thousand dollars of pink bike whoring with a crappy excuse.

The MBF is a special case. It's the first one and a piece of Dob history.
The le pink is a lower whistler bike, and jumpy trail bike.
The 2011 is a straight up street and park machine(rode it, love it).
And lucky is just around because it was the best thing that has happened to him in regards to riding(according to him)

Then he has that butt ugly santa cruz DH/FR bike that nobody likes...

Derek and Alex between them are kings of excessive numvers of nice DJ/Street bikes. I have one bike, and it's not even very good.

I have just as many. 26 dob pinscher, 24 dob pinscher, 26 dob molosse, banshee wildcard. That's not including all the random cheap/crappy bikes laying around.

Most the beef is with them all being set up to be the exact same, not the fact that there are lots.
My 26pinscher has a brake, low wide bars, suspension and is a long frame... my 24 is a short, with 3.25" rise bars, and a rigid with no brakes.

Same frame basically, but 2 completely different styles of bikes.

Well yeah. Me and my freinds were discussing this earlier. If we were going to have 4 bikes what would they be? Adam said he'd have a DJ bike with low wide bars and sus and a brake and then a brakeless street bike, then a Dh and and XC bike. Personaly I'd have a DJ bike, XC, DH and road bike rather than having two small hardtails.

It's not the fact that he has the money that people are hating apon. It's the fact that having 4 bikes for the same thing is totally pointless. There are so many kids on this site who would give anything for just one good bike but can't dream of it because of the money factor, and there he is with so many bikes he can't ride them all. Basically life is really unfair and from the point of view of the child borne into the poor family (something they can't help) it sucks ass when you see stuff like this.

I could be a little brat just like alexhoss and say that I paid for all my bikes with my own money beause it is pretty much true. But thats forgetting about how absolutely dirt poor and f*cked I would be without my parents help and support in other areas BESIDES biking. Yea, I paid for my bikes myself too, but I owe the rest of my livelihood to my parents. Four of the same type of bikes and hes trying to claim its all his own making? lolololol!!! Too bad I have had a job since I was 11, I did random jobs for a farmers market near my house for 4 years and I worked 25 hours a week. At $10, for every month and at the time I had nothing to spend it on, so I saved it. I now work at a bike shop and work 3 weekday evenings and both saturday and sunday. I save all my money then when I find parts for cheap I slowly buy them. You can ask anybody that knows me in real life and not on pinkbike and they will vouch for me.
