Are those the spacers that came with it on the freewheel? If so, what chain are you using to keep them intact? I've been using a shadow conspiracy chain with mine and it's put dents/rivets in the spacers next to the actual cog and it doesn't pedal smoothly anymore...

the spacers came wit the Hope Pro 2 hubs, and I use a KMC 9 speed chain mate

Using a 9 speed chain too now, turned out the 14t driver I had was too small and the chain was rubbing so 16t is doing the trick Smile
