I want this bike! but im only 5 feet tall. do you think i could ride it with the seat at the bottom?

Your best bet is to have the bike sized with you in person as all people are built differently. (ie.. short legs, long torso or vice-versa)

short torso, average sized legs. I'd probably be about 5 foot 5 if my torso wasn't so midget-like.

In all honesty I would say this bike would be a little too big from your description. You may want to take a look at the Rocky Mountain SS 396 which is small in size.
