Selected by Ian Hylands - It's tough to light up this much area and keep it looking nice with no hotspots or dark shadows. Christophe has done a pretty awesome job of it, the only real bright spot is the sweet looking puff of dust coming off the lip. It's not a huge step down by any means, but it's definitely big enough to make a great looking shot.

Ya this is an amazing pic. Hail the camera geeks because this type of shot is what we looking for. Nobody cares about close up shots of another berm or skid out. Well at least nobody I know. You guys keep shooting and we tell you if it look good.

Agreed! Since when is a fifteen foot drop not small? You basically just dissed this rider cause it's not a wade simmons size road gap. Nice way to support your fellow riders out there. I think it's huge, and a killer shot! Well done!

No diss, 15 is big, and I said it's big enough. However in this day where 20'-30' plus is pretty normal even for a slopestyle course this is by no means huge.

Its not a huge stepdown by any means, it would fit in nicley in a good jump trail. I think the way the rider is just spotting the landing and not tricking adds to the trail riding feel of the shot.

nope sorry, anything smaller than the Oakley sender at Rampage last year is now merely big or large. It's not allowed to be called huge unless its at least say 30 x 30 feet or something like that. Look it up, it's in the rules. But in your world and ability it can be anything you want it to be. This is way bigger than I will ever jump, and there are a lot of people that probably consider it huge. I'm calling it simply a decent sized step down.

When people use valid arguments to prove there point it's hard to come up with a response. It is way bigger than I will most likely be able to ever do. I do a agree that the Oakley sender is a huge step down but I think the word insane better describes that step down. With a second look it's not anywhere close to as big as I orignally thought but still big!
